He’d rather be like Lil Wayne.

Young Thug thinks that Jay Z, who is 45 years old, is probably too old to be rapping. In a quickie Q&A with GQ, the 22-year-old rapper admits that, while he wants to be rich forever (and though he has no plans to change his name), he doesn't see himself still rapping as he approaches old age. "I'm pretty sure nobody wants to do that. I'm pretty sure Jay Z don't wanna rap right now," he says. "If you're 30, 40 years old, you're not getting listened to by minors. Like, Jay Z has some of the sickest lyrics ever, but I would never buy his CD, just because of my age and because of his age. By the time I turn that old, I ain't gonna be doing what he's doing."

Rather, Thugga would like to be rich like Bill Gates, or have a career like Lil Wayne—the latter aspiration of which he might want to think twice about, given current events.
