Ever since he appeared on the internet cloud-rap scene rocking bucket hats, Ugg boots, and "2001" logos, Yung Lean's been articulating a sense of style that's arguably just as iconic as his robotized raps. That's why, when he rolled through New York earlier this winter with the Sad Boys and Gravity Boys in toe, we were more than slightly curious about the Stockholm rapper's favorite shopping spots. "We don't buy anything [back in Sweden]," he told us. "We save our money and then we get here and then we ball." FADER TV linked up with Lean, Yung Gud, Yung Sherman, Ecco2k, whitearmor, and Bladee in Downtown Brooklyn to check out some jewelry and streetwear stops. Yung Lean found the pair of studded Robins that he was looking for at the Ragga Muffin on Fulton, and after the boys started blasting their own music over the speakers at the store, the afternoon culminated in a smoke-out on the roof.
