Swedish producer Saturday, Monday gained some attention a while back on the strength of the impressive Julia Spada-featuring single "Headshake"; now, he's prepping a new EP, Late, for release on March 23 via Despotz. The first taste from it, "Marble Coast," is a placid slice of loveliness featuring London crooner Brolin. "'Marble Coast' literally picks up where i ended with the Children of the Snow remix-tape last year, with the hook I did for an outro of my remix of 'Duvchi - Turtleduvs,'" Saturday, Monday told FADER in an email. "I was really happy with that string section so I would take just that loop with me on a cd when did dj-gigs and play it over techno tracks and people really got off on it. After a while I decided it was a waste to just have that 30 sec clip on the tape, it deserves to be a proper song. So I brushed up the production, made a full length arrangement and went over to London to team up Brolin for the vocals and here we are."
