Comedy Central announced today that comedian Hannibal Buress will be starring in an all new half-hour series, Why? With Hannibal Buress. Set to premiere this July, the weekly series will feature Buress skewing cultural issues through a mix of stand-up, sketches, and man-on-the-street segments. "Hannibal keeps asking us 'why' so we just told him to go find out and we'll air it," said Kent Alterman, president of content development and original programming for Comedy Central. "I'm extremely excited to help Comedy Central sell advertising," Buress added. We're extremely excited to watch this show after spending way too much time in front of Eric Andre and Broad City, and we also pray that Jadakiss is involved somehow.
