On Wednesday, Apple released iOS 8.3, an update which finally made 300 new emoji available. Thumbs down, princesses, and frowning people now come in pale, cream white, moderate brown, dark brown, and black skin tones, thank god. There's also a bunch of new flags, and an Apple Watch.
To start texting person raising both hands in celebration in (almost) whatever tone you'd like, download the update by going to Settings > General > Software Update. Or connect your phone to your computer and update through iTunes.
