Justin Vernon will revive Bon Iver this summer, ending a quiet spell of almost four years. During an interview with Minneapolis' KARE 11, Vernon revealed that he'll get the band back together for a headlining set at the inaugural Eaux Claires Music & Arts Festival, to be held in Vernon's native Wisconsin from July 17-18. “It’s the perfect platform for us to be like, 'This is how we’re starting this new cycle, new life of the band,'" he said. "It makes so much sense to start it here.”
The National, Sufjan Stevens and The Tallest Man on Earth are also set to appear at Eaux Claires Music and Arts Festival. For more on Bon Iver's deep Wisconsin roots, read his FADER cover story.
