Watch The Video For Harrison Brome’s Melancholy Debut “Fill Your Brains”

It’s not the party that it seems.

June 15, 2015

Harrison Brome's bluesy debut single "Fill Your Brains" is the Vancouver singer's melancholy meditation on "a moment in time where I witnessed people dealing with their problems through a form of escapism," he told The FADER. This new video for the song renders this moment vividly: catching glimpses of a group of young people dressed head-to-toe black, swigging liquor straight from the bottle, lighting blunts with blowtorches, shotgunning beers in dark alleyways, and smoking cigarette after cigarette. This might sound like the makings of a pretty good time, but the overall vibe here is more mopey, because this isn't exactly a party. Watch above.
