While Drake has only responded to Meek Mill's claims that he "doesn't write his own raps" to a fan, his longtime producer Noah "40" Shebib is addressing them more publicly. Tonight on Twitter, Shebib set out to clear the air and explain Quentin Miller involvement with If You're Reading This It's Too Late. "I've spent maybe 30 min in a studio with Q.
