TMZ reports that David Banner is suing Lil Wayne over missing royalties. According to TMZ, Banner produced two tracks for Wayne, "La La" and "Pussy Monster." The rapper/producer has a very, very specific idea of how much he's owed for that work: $138,787.19. In addition, Banner reports that he's missing $15,392.57 for his production on "Streets Is Watchin.'" A representative for Wayne suggested that it was Cash Money's responsibility to pay Banner.
