Rhetorical question: is there anyone that seems more fun to chill with than the girls of Hinds, the Spanish four-piece who we once dubbed the most easy-going rock group on earth? They have a special way of making every low-key, bubblegum and booze-feuled kickback seem like an unmissable event—whether they're riding mopeds through Madrid or, as in their new video for scuzzy single "Chili Town," goofing off in a very European-looking courtyard with an endless supply of beer, smokes, and convenient-store snacks.
"When we first thought about it we wanted to do something big," Hinds told The FADER of the video's conception in an email. "Something related to motorcycles or (AND) motorboats, and mountains, and walking chickens and a fair and and so many more ideas following this path of craziness hahaha. But in the end of the brainstorming, with our brains almost melting, we thought, 'Who needs a boat when you have a bench next to your house?'" The track appears on the band's just-announced, endearingly titled EP, Very Best of Hinds so Far.
