Kanye West To Receive Video Vanguard Award At VMAs

MTV announced that Kanye will be the lucky recipient of this year's Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award. Recent winners include Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake; last year, Jay Z and Blue Ivy presented the award to Beyoncé after she performed an extended medley of hits.
