We've been fans of Paloma Elsesser's for a while now, even tapping the student and writer for our definitive panel on tomboy style. "When I was 14, this boy was like, 'Yo, if you show weakness, people will take advantage of that shit,'" she explained to The FADER back in February. "I was like, "Wow."[...] I don't fuck with being taken advantage of, ever. I think that at a certain level, I reflect that in my outer appearance."
Elsesser is taking her 'don't fuck with me' vibe into the romantic realm for her new modelling gig with Timberland, which is partially a convincing argument that cute couples should dress alike, and partially a testament to the power and flexibility of unisex dressing. The red premium classic 6 inch is officially dubbed the Red Release, and is featured in the "Paloma + Perry 4eva" lookbook, named after Paloma and Perry Goodman, who play a pretty convincing couple in the shots. The boot will drop September 4th in Timberland stores.
