Ryerson University's Frosh week Parade & Concert boasted an incredible line-up practically worth the crippling student debt: Future, Miguel and P.Reign were all on the roster. Drake also made a surprise appearance during Future's headlining performance (sorry, still no mixtape) and performed "Where Ya At" from DS2 and his Meek Mill diss "Back To Back."

Drake brought a surprise of his own: Norm Kelly, the Toronto city councillor with the popular Tweets and less-than-spectacular politics. His winking lame grandpa schtick was in full effect: he said "Turn up!" He stood "back to back" with Drake! The DJ playing gunshots! As Drake already proved at this year's OVO Fest, memes are officially inescapable even when you're offline. Watch some clips of the concert, including Drake's entrance, below.
