Thousands of people gathered in Washington, D.C. earlier today to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Million Man March. The theme for this year's event was "Justice or else!" with a focus on other marginalized groups like Native Americans and Hispanics.
Participants that included rapper J. Cole filed into the streets and marched all the way to the National Mall to protest racial injustice and police brutality. This topic has gained a lot of traction within the hip-hop/rap community, so it was fitting that some demonstrators at the scene chanted the chorus from Kendrick Lamar's "Alright."
