The love affair between Drake and grime has been going on all year. OVO Sound Radio regularly plays grime tracks, and Drake brought out Skepta at his Wireless Festival performance in July. Skepta described hanging out with "the OVO crowd" as a meeting of like-minded people: "They look at the game just the same way I look at the game," he explained. "We listen to music over and over on repeat, just chilling, playing songs that no one knows but we like it so we’re just fucking rewinding it, flashing lighters in the air."
Today, the grime MC shared an Instagram photo of Drake sporting a new tattoo that reads "BBK"—an allusion to Boy Better Know, the crew Skepta helped found. The MC captioned his photo, "More than music. OVO BBK family for life."
