Adele is on the record as a Drake fan. In an hour-long interview with Zane Lowe last week, the singer included Drake on a list of modern artists that she enjoys listening to. She also told a story about imitating the dance moves from the famous “Hotline Bling” video.
She expanded on that anecdote during an interview with etalk. “I had a drink like three weeks ago [with] my best friends,” she remembered. “It was to celebrate ‘Hello.’ And I was off my face because I don't really drink anymore, and they've got video of me dancing to [“Hotline Bling”] on a coffee table.”
“I really want us to do an official remix,” Adele continued enthusiastically. “I love Drake. I love Drake so much. I even got the coat that's in the video—I got it delivered the other day, I ordered it. The red one.”
For what it's worth, the love seems to be mutual. Drake posted this Instagram on Sunday:
