And The Most Streamed Beatles’ Song Is...

The Fab Four debuted on Spotify today.

December 24, 2015

The Beatles, a famous holdout from the world of streaming, arrived on Spotify today for the first time. However, streamers weren't exactly carried away with enthusiasm for the Fab Four: as of now, no song has been streamed more than 1,000 times. An odd collection of tunes attracted the most clicks on the service, including three McCartney ballads, dependable but maudlin, the Isley Brothers cover "Twist And Shout," and "All You Need Is Love," possibly because it appears in the Christmas movie Love Actually. It turns out George Harrison is a stealth favorite: "Here Comes The Sun" is the second most streamed Beatles song so far.
