One of the more surprising songs on Rihanna's ANTI album is the ninth track, "Same Ol' Mistakes," a six minute cover of a 2015 song from the Australian rock band Tame Impala. (Tame Impala's version is titled "New Person, Same Old Mistakes.") The group recently issued an enthusiastic statement to NME about Rihanna's rendition: "The Roc Nation team got in touch with us here at Spinning Top letting us know that Rihanna loved... ''New Person, Same Old Mistakes.' They asked if she could cover the song for her new record. Kevin was more than happy to send it her way. We're all really happy with how the song turned out, love it!"
