Rory Fresco, the Kansas City rapper who benefitted grandly from Kanye West and SoundCloud's mysterious algorithms, has shared a video for his first big single "Lowkey." In it, Fresco shows off his city's streets, studio hustle, and his homies. Peep it above.
"I really have been working and perfecting my craft, like, all my life," Fresco wrote in an email to The FADER about the video. "I feel like it was God's plan for me to make waves in Kansas City like nobody has before me. In the video, I'm working and I'm with my old thing." That last thought he punctuated with an "LOL."
