Softest Hard Shares “Since I Left You” Video
The DJ unveils a new visual.
An addictive, slightly downcast melody circles over and over in "Since I Left You." Softest Hard, a DJ/producer affiliated with Skrillex's OWSLA imprint, adjusts the track's course periodically with injections of double-time drums and swooning strings. David Camarena's clip for the song takes cues from its unhurried feel: the camera follows Softest Hard as she strolls casually on rooftops and smokes in dimly-lit environments; the colors are bright and fuzzy.
"'Since I Left U' is my feel of the 90's and now melodically," the DJ writes in an email. "I wanted to combine the two... I linked up with David Camarena to visually give the same feeling and emotion. Together we made a dope video for everyone." Watch above.
