Today Gorgeous Children untether themselves of years worth of anxieties and consternations via the release of a new album, Demo of Flames.
"Demo Of Flames was forged out of the chaos of growing pains, isolation, catastrophic hardware failure, and cheap liquor induced static," the experimental hip-hop duo wrote in an email to The FADER, describing the 10-track project that is at times clamoring and echoey, and at others diaphanous and zoned-out, but always thoughtful. "This is the culmination of three months of work and two years of waiting. This is that pure unpolished trench shit, direct from the rap cave to you."
"To say we've been eager to release this would be a profound understatement," they added.
Listen below and imagine their relief.
