"We've got absolutely shed-loads of songs," Aluna Francis told The FADER earlier this year. "If they were on CDs, I could literally fill a trash can with them. We're not precious. Just because we spend a week writing a song, that doesn't mean it has to go on the album."

The duo let another song out of the shed today, as Annie Mac premiered "I Remember." The track was produced by Flume, who connected with AlunaGeorge on the festival circuit.

Francis spoke briefly with Mac about the meaning behind the tune. "It’s pretty much how it sounds," she explained. "You bump into an ex, you pretty much think you've really got over him, and there's that moment when you bump into him, and you're kind of acting like strangers… but there's memories that pop up in your head, and in a way, you wish you could back to the beginning and meet him again and go through the best bits."

Francis also said she hopes the next AlunaGeorge album will arrive while the weather is still warm. Listen above, and revisit "I'm In Control," a collaboration with Popcaan.
