Hater Premiere Passionate “First Time” From Their Debut EP Radius

Stockholm label Punk Slime Recordings just signed a fledgling band called Hater, who are from Malmö and have only been together for a few months. Their three-track debut EP, Radius, is just a taste of what's to come, but it sounds nothing like hatred — lead vocalist Caroline Landahl's grainy voice drips with raw and misty passion. "Caroline came with an idea for a song the day before recording and it turned out really well," Hater wrote in an email to The FADER. "The song reflects inequality in relationships, it's pretty emotional."
