Kamaiyah's "How Does It Feel" single, and her excellent debut project A Good Night In The Ghetto, solidified her as a rising star. Now, the Oakland rapper has offered a new opportunity to get to know more about her with a short documentary that takes the viewer into the East Oakland neighborhood where she grew up, examines the death of her close friend James, and shows the days leading up to her sold out debut headlining show in Oakland. The documentary features interviews with Kamaiyah's family, members of her Big Money Gang crew, and the parents of James, who passed away from cancer earlier this year. At the end, Kamaiyah performs for a packed house at Oakland's The New Parish venue.
