Since his cancer diagnosis, and a successful surgery that removed the tumor in his kidney, Boosie Badazz has gotten back to the themes in his music that made him a Southern street icon: struggle, loss, and pain. On his newest offering, "Fly Away," the Baton Rouge rapper contemplates an escape from personal troubles and larger societal injustices.
