On Thursday, Vic Mensa shared dates for a short tour around Europe during the month of September. According to the Chicago rapper, some of the shows will be with Justin Bieber. The pairing seems somewhat unlikely, but it could be explained by the fact Vic reportedly signed with Bieber's manager Scooter Braun back in June.
