Longtime collaborator Francis and the Lights is going to be Chance the Rapper's opening act. The New York musician has been invited to join Chance on his Magnificent Coloring World Tour, which include both North American and European dates this Fall. Francis is also likely to make an appearance at Chance's first ever hometown festival, Magnificent Coloring Day, as Chance pretended to be aloof about the suggestion on his Twitter.
The two artists teamed up earlier this year for Coloring Book track, "Summer Friends," and even danced together on stage along with Bon Iver for a performance of "Friends," during Justin Vernon's Eaux Claires Festival in Wisconsin. During his set, Francis also debuted his new album Farewell, Starlite!, which does not currently have a release date.
