Drake Hits Number One On Billboard Artist 100 For 20th Week

Billboard has reported that Drake has logged 20 weeks at the top spot of the Billboard Artist 100.

Activity on Billboard charts including the Hot 100, Top Album Sales, and the Social 50 are recorded to measure each artist's popularity. Once again, Drake topped Taylor Swift, who is still the reigning champ with 31 weeks at the top since the Artist 100 began in July 2014. Notably, three of the top five musicians on the Artist 100 are Canadian: Drake (20 weeks), Justin Bieber (11), and The Weeknd (8).

Drake could be looking to extend the run, with new projects alongside Gucci Mane and Kanye West reportedly in the works.
