This week Four Tet expressed about his dismay following the news that the London nightclub Fabric would close, tweeting, "Pure sadness about Fabric. London is being ruined right now." He was also angered by the efforts of London's mayor Sadiq Khan, writing: "He is failing right now."

Today, Four Tet tweeted that Khan had reached out via Twitter DM and invited him to speak at city hall about the club's closure, and the broader climate of nightlife in the city. See the tweet below, via FACT.
