In his guest verse on Future's "Where Ya At," Drake rapped that he won't let his community get in the way of partying: I’ll buy the neighbors house if they complain about the noise. Turns out this may be some truth in this: Trulia has reported that last June, a month before "Where Ya At" was released, Drake purchased the adjoining property to his Hidden Hills, California compound for $2.85 million. It's sized at 4,445-square-foot with four bedrooms, five-bathrooms "an open floor plan, hardwood floors, high ceilings... [and] multiple fireplaces and a top-of-the-line gourmet kitchen." The FADER has reached out to Drake's representatives for comment.
