Drake's Summer Sixteen Tour rolled through Tacoma, Washington this weekend and Drake had a little surprise announcement for those in attendance. At the end of the show he thanked the crowd for remaining peaceful and asked them to show love to one another. Then he dropped the bomb that he's been recording new music.
"I been on this tour and I've been recording new music. I'm about like maybe six or seven new songs in. Just getting warmed up. I don't know where they're going to end up or what it’s going to be, but I can’t wait to come back to motherfucking Tacoma and play all that shit for you.”
Still no mention if the songs are part of the long-rumored Drake, Kanye West joint album. Watch his show ending Tacoma speech above. A representative for Drake was not immediately available for comment.
