Police Officer That Shot Terence Crutcher Will Reportedly Be Charged With Manslaughter

The Tulsa police officer who shot and killed unarmed Terence Crutcher will be charged with manslaughter, according to a BuzzFeed report. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of the shooting officer, Betty Shelby, a white woman.

On September 16, Crutcher's car had stalled in the middle of the road. In dash cam and aerial footage Crutcher is seen being shot and killed. He was standing next to his vehicle with his hands above his head.
