Kaytranada Plays Matchmaker In The “You’re The One” Music Video

Montreal producer Kaytranada, winner of the 2016 Polaris Music Prize, has shared a video for "You're The One," a track which also features Syd. The clip imagines three girls who have a spirited sleepover before diving into a Coming To America-inspired love story. The perfect life, really. Kaytranada appears as the prince's assistant who helps find one of the girls that caught his employer's eye. After bringing them gifts, he gets the ladies ready for the royal ball. Traces of Martin and other '90s artifacts – Super Nintendo, VHS tapes, cathode ray TVs – are woven throughout like colors on a Coogi sweater.
