Denmark's Communions have a new song, "Come On, I'm Waiting," and it's just what we all need this morning: irresistible power pop from the happiest country in the world. The track is from their forthcoming album Blue, which'll be out February 3, and comes with a video that's all soothing reds and deep oranges.

"Musically, ’Come On, I’m Waiting’ is the best example of where we are as a band right now," Martin Rehof told The FADER over email. "The song isn’t really based on a concrete story or narrative, but is more impressionistic. I think the song embodies both a feeling of anxiety and claustrophobia and one of freedom and liberation, and kind of balances between those two states of mind. The video incorporates some shots of our friend Joe Skilton, who was the one that took the photo that made it on to our album cover." Watch below, and preorder Blue here.
