Rapsody, the North Carolina MC who rose to prominence (and a Roc Nation deal) after her appearance on Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly, has shared a new project called Crown. At 10 tracks, it's longer than most EPs, and features Anderson .Paak on the crackly, Spaghetti Western-flavored "OooWee," while Ab-Soul adds cosmic perspective to Rapsody's personal reflections on "2AM." But Rapsody doesn't need big guests to make carefully constructed bars that bounce around your head. Listen below.
