Some songs are made to go nuts to with your friends. A perfect example of this is Key! and Su$hi Ceej's “Yukon,” premiering today on The FADER. First, because the song is an unrelenting heater, and second, because the combined energy of the Atlanta friends (of collectives Two-9 and Outta Pocket Boyz) who made the track is radiant.

Produced by Su$hi Ceej and Moe Hundreds, and featuring Key! and Omari Shakir, “Yukon” is a feel-good banger. Key!’s infectiously melodic side shines during the confidence-boosting hook, boasting: “I came by myself and I left witcha hoe.” Omari Shakir’s soulful croon feels like the perfect complement to Key!’s knowing self-regard, gliding into the song’s second verse and sneaking in a quick whew-inducing homage to Soul For Real’s “Candy Rain."

When asked about the making of the song over email, Ceej told The FADER, “Key! & I have made a ton of songs lately. We made this the other night & actually got inspired to put an album together. Look for that in the near future.” Key!, who's been on quite a roll leading up to this year, also chimed in, "I've been in a zone lately, with Cozy Tapes with A$AP Mob, the [upcoming] Two-9 album and my upcoming project, Live Slow Die Old. I promise myself to get better and better. Y'all gon' see."
