Rich The Kid and Kendrick Lamar may seem like an unlikely musical duo, but, as the Atlanta rapper disclosed on Instagram and Twitter, the two were recently in the studio together, in socks and flip-flops no less.
On Wednesday, Rich The Kid shared photos and videos of the the two in the studio, writing, "Blessed to work wit Kendrick Lamar lastnite legendary way." Rich and Kendrick can also be seen turning up to an unreleased track. In a statement to Complex, Rich The Kid said that the new song, entitled "For The Birds," features Kendrick Lamar and will be on his upcoming album.
Representatives for Rich The Kid and Kendrick Lamar were not immediately available for comment.
