Former President Obama signed off from the official @POTUS Twitter account today, and one of his last messages was the announcement of The Obama Foundation. The website, Obama.org, hosts a video featuring Barack and Michelle Obama; watch it above.
After a family vacation, The Obamas will begin work on a presidential center built in the south side of Chicago, which will serve as a hub for projects around the world, or as Obama said, "[it will be] more than a library or a museum, it will be a living, working center for citizenship." Right now, the Obamas are asking citizens to send in their suggestions for what the center should be. "Send us your ideas, your hopes, your beliefs about what we can achieve together," Michelle Obama says. "This will be your presidential center just as much as it is ours, so we want you to tell us what we should be thinking about as we get to work."
