Report: Soulja Boy Has Been Charged With Two Felonies

Soulja Boy has been charged with "[felony] possession of an assault weapon and being a felon in possession of a firearm," according to a new report from TMZ.

The rapper was arrested for violating his probation at his L.A. residence in December when police responded to a tip. Soulja Boy has also been charged with a misdemeanour after police allegedly recovered a gun that had been stolen from a police car.

In December, Soulja Boy issued a statement claiming that all of the charges stemming from the arrest had been dropped. The FADER has reached out for comment.
