Skepta's mantelpiece is a little busier today after he collected the Best British Male prize at last night's NME Awards. The grime MC was in attendance at the London ceremony to collect his prize, as well as to hand out an Outstanding Achievement prize to Wiley. "I’m a fan of Sadiq, we do the same thing, go against the grain," Skepta told NME of the politician.

He met up with The 1975's Matty Healy, who revealed they plan to work on music together.

"We want to do like a "West End Girls" Pet Shop Boys [kind of thing]," Healy said at the awards. "Maybe start a band, just me and Skepta do a band."
