Modern Baseball Cancelled Upcoming Tour And Announced They’re Taking A Break From The Band

In a note on Facebook, Modern Baseball's Jake Ewald announced on Tuesday that the Philadelphia-based band has cancelled their upcoming tour dates and festival appearances. Ewald explained that each member of the group has been experiencing heightened levels of anxiety and said that Modern Baseball would be taking a break.

Ewald's note was accompanied by a photo of the cover art for the band's most recent album, Holy Ghost, with crisis hotline numbers written on the front. In January, Brendan Lukens announced that he would not be joining the band on their European tour in order to focus on his physical and mental health.
