According to The Daily Mail, Netflix is looking to make its original series more interactive. A source at the streaming giant told the British paper that the company is experimenting with "branch narratives," so that viewers could choose what happens next on one of the service's original shows.

"Once you have got interactivity you can try anything," Netflix CEO Reed Hastings told The Daily Mail. The company plans to test out the Choose Your Own Adventure style of television later this year with a children's show. If that goes well, the company plans to start creating multiple narratives for their adult fare, although it's not clear if they would apply this to exclusively new shows or incorporate it into existing ones. This would be a move into uncharted territory for the company, which currently boasts over 93 million members in over 190 countries.
