Arca has shared a new video for "Reverie," the latest track from his self-titled album due out April 7 on XL. In the Jesse Kanda-directed clip, Arca is dressed as a matador with mechanical legs. As the song builds, and his voice pierces through frantic drums, Arca bleeds onto flower petals and eventually is brought to the ground.

"Bullfighting is a piercing metaphor: you are fighting a bull, and at the same yourself," Arca said of the new video in a press release. "You are not the victim or the oppressor, you are both— Animality and bestiality are conflated."

Arca's self-titled album is available for preorder now. Watch the new video for "Reverie" above.
