"Find Me Easily," the new song from Couleur Dessin, lives in the precious moments after a wave of hysterical laughter, as your brain takes a long endorphin bath. The song's upbeat, jangly psych-pop isn't silly, but liberated in its loose, no-strings exploration of interplanetary sounds, Soft Machine-style. For optimal enjoyment, find a patch of grass, press play, and hit a few cartwheels.

"This one started out as a voice memo while riding bikes around Limoilou, in Quebec City," the band's Christian Simmons told The FADER over email. "Mostly whistling and lots of wind noise. I tried to save the chorus as "Ayers-y" but got autocorrected to AZERTY, so that's what we usually call it. It's mostly a song about not allowing trivial concerns to get in the way of the real good stuff. We don't always take our own advice but it's nice to try."

Couleur Dessin's self-titled debut album is out on June 2 via Fixture Records. Preorder it here.
