Travis Scott performed in Portsmouth, Virginia last night as part of his ongoing Birds Eye View tour. During the May 4 show Scott hinted at the release of new music in a freestyle caught by fans on the front row. In the clip, which can seen above, Scott is heard saying: “Dropping new music in a few days. Bout to go crazy for a few days.”
A caption on Scott's Instagram promoting his upcoming stint on Kendrick Lamar's DAMN. tour posted on the same night reads: "💿💿 soon. Level up."
Late last year Scott tweeted that his Astroworld project would drop in 2017. The Houston rapper has also hinted at the prospect of a project with Quavo in recent months.
There is no further clarification of the nature of the new music at the time of writing. The FADER has reached out for more information.
