Report: A Third Noose Has Been Found In Washington D.C.

The noose was found hanging outside of the National Gallery of Art.

According to a report by The Guardian, a third noose has been found on the grounds of the National Gallery. This first was found inside of the National Museum of African American History and Culture, on the ground, and the second was found outside of the Hirshhorn Museum.

U.S. Park Police Sgt. Anna Rose told the Associated Press that the third noose was found on Saturday outside of the museum and that how it got there is currently being investigated
