Kylie Jenner is being sued by British artist Sara Pope over artwork used in the promotional campaign for her reality show Life Of Kylie, TMZ reports. The site alleges to have seen legal documents filed by Pope against Jenner.

The dispute centers on an image of bright neon lips, as used in a trailer for Jenner's E! show in May 2017. Pope alleges that the imagery used is similar to her "Temptation" work (see above), first debuted in 2015. A statement given to TMZ claims Jenner is not personally responsible for the artwork, which is believed to have been created by a third party.

Pope filed her lawsuit filed on Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles. She is also seeking damages from E! Entertainment and NBC Universal in addition to Jenner.

The lawsuit references recent examples of Jenner's being accused of similar behavior, including using unlicensed photos of Biggie and Tupac on merchandise in June. Jenner was also accused of stealing designs from black owned independent brand Plugged NYC earlier in the same month.

Kylie Jenner and Sara Pope were not immediately available for comment.
