TRL Is Being Rebooted

A total blast from the past.

Total Request Live is coming back, according to MTV network president Chris McCarthy, in an interview with The New York Times. The show initially ran from 1998 until 2008, and featured guest coming, performing, sharing music videos, and discussing their work.

The show will feature the classic TRL studio situated in Times Square, and will feature rotating hosts, as the show did in its last three years on air.
