“Despacito” Is Now The Most Popular YouTube Video Of All Time

Earlier this week, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's international hit, "Despacito," tied for the longest streak atop the Hot 100 of 2017. Now, the song's video has reached another milestone, becoming the most-viewed video of all time on YoutTube.

As of this writing, the "Despacito" video has over 2.9 billion views, surpassing Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's "See You Again," which passed Psy's "Gagnam Style" to claim that title just weeks ago.

The video for "Despacito" is racking up at least 15 million new views every 24 hours and is on course to become YouTube's first video to reach 3 billion views.
