Kesha released her new album, Rainbow, on Friday. The record is her first since 2012's Warrior. Recently, the singer has released a string of empowering singles that include "Praying," "Woman," and "Learn to Let Go."

Rainbow features collaborations with Eagles of Death Metal and Dolly Parton. Ben Folds and Ryan Lewis helped produce a couple of the album's tracks.

Since 2014, she has been embroiled in a legal battle against Dr. Luke, her former manager and producer. She has accused him of sexual assault and physical and emotional abuse.

Rainbow is being released via Kemosabe Records, which is a joint venture between Sony and Luke. And while Luke stepped down as CEO of Kemosabe this past April, it's possible that he might still be profiting off of Rainbow's sales.
